1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReguLingo platform operated by Booleanbrain, MB, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using ReguLingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

ReguLingo provides supplement product content management, automated compliance checking against EU regulations, translation services, and publishing tools. The platform is designed to assist with regulatory compliance but does not constitute legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To use ReguLingo, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to supplement product content management.
Provide accurate product information and content.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
Not use automated systems to access the platform beyond its intended interfaces.
Not share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all product content you upload to ReguLingo. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, translate, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Compliance Disclaimer

ReguLingo's compliance checks are automated tools designed to assist with identifying potential regulatory issues. They do not replace professional regulatory or legal advice. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your products comply with all applicable regulations in your target markets.

7. Translation Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality translations, automated translations may require human review. We recommend reviewing all translations before publishing, especially for regulatory and health-related content.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Fees and Payment

Service fees are set forth in your subscription agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booleanbrain, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
